Eddie W Pretty good film however I'd say it seems like more of a standalone film than a prequel. None the less a pretty decent werewolf film with some pretty good action Rated 4/5 Stars • Rated 4 out of 5 stars 08/07/23 Full Review Rogue 5 There was never a need for a prequel and the fact that it just completely rewrites what the first movie did make's this movie suck. Rated 1.5/5 Stars • Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 10/29/22 Full Review robert p Love these movie about werewolves with the two leading girls are great, thus my *4 & 1/2* star rating!!!! Rated 4.5/5 Stars • Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member I did enjoy watching this don't get me wrong but its just not even close to the same level of Ginger Snaps 1 or 2. The characters are one sided and wooden. They mostly have one trait and that's all they are. Sets and effects are good for the limited budget. Weak plot threads with things just suddenly happening or deaths off screen was a disappointment. I do like the 1800s setting as it fits perfectly with the lore. The few additions to the lore were welcomed but still the film was still missing that edgy hardcore feeling of the first film, or even the second. Rated 3/5 Stars • Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member What the flip ginger snaps? The first two movies were great and then you throw a prequel at us. What the flip? The 2nd movie ended on a cliff hanger and I wanted more. I found out that they filmed the second and third movie back to back. What the flip again? This could've been a great trilogy if this movie followed the second. But instead it's a prequel?? Who came up with that terrible idea? I'm very disappointed and I love the two main characters of ginger and Bridgette but gosh dang this did them zero justice and made the this movie look as bad as the lost boys sequels. They didn't do anything with the story. This feels like a movie wasted on bad script writing and bad decision making. In the end don't watch this, watch the first 2 ginger snap movies. But man this could've been good but gosh dang prequels. Rated 2.5/5 Stars • Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Audience Member What the flip ginger snaps?
