Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Learned alot about myfeet and style ofshoe best for myfeet. Ilet the staff know Idid anonline assessment they suggested acustom fitting and Nic did acustom fitting forme. Nosales pressure and even recommended agood pair ofshoe inserts for myeveryday shoe. Would suggest anybody inneed ofshoes for inperson. Ended upgetting apair ofNike. Prices seem tobe inline with other places.

I like tosupport mylocal stores, but Iwill say myvisit tothis store was less than helpful and Ileft very disappointed. Ihad asked my80year old parents todrive 1hour from Ohio tocome tothis store for the expected personalization from abrick and mortar establishment.
We walked inand someone came toattend onus. Noone else was inthe store. The shoe that wewanted was not instock inthe color wewanted. Iasked the salesperson ifhe could call the downtown store tosee ifit was
there. Heplainly told methat Icould dothat ifI wantedto. Then hetold meI could check onthe company website. Iasked him ifhe could and order itforus. Heonce again told meI could dothat.I thought this was very bizarre. Iam not sure ifthis isthe store policy, but regardless Icould definitely tell that there was nointerest inmaking asale.
Hence Iwent onto ZAPPOS and the shoe iscoming inin 2DAYS and Ihave 1YEAR tochange mymind with FREE SHIPPING and RETURNS.
So sad Ihad towrite this and sosad Iwasted myparents and mytime.

If you need new shoes, Running Fit isthe place togo. Their staff iskind and knowledgeable, and helped pick out the right shoes forme. They have nutrition bars, shoes, inserts, running accessories aswell asapparel and muscle rollers and items for plantar fasciitis. They've also got arewards program through Jack Rabbit. All inall, agreat, laid back place toshop for some new shoes and running gear.
